Under the same ownership since 2004, we operated as Priority Residential Services until we joined the One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating franchise network in November of 2007.  In late 2008 we expanded our service offerings by successfully acquiring the One Hour franchise that had been operating in the West Valley for many years. 

Despite our growth and recent changes, the one thing that has not, and will never change, is our commitment to you, our customers, and making your total satisfaction our top priority!
